1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the jiliplus website, mobile platform, games, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform"). These Terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and any other persons who access or use the Platform.

By accessing the jiliplus Platform, registering an account, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them. Your continued use of the Platform following any modification to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference and form part of the overall agreement between you and jiliplus.

2 Eligibility

To register and use the jiliplus Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as aligned with PAGCOR regulations.
• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, trusts, and other legal entities may not register as members.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or agent of jiliplus, or an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be subject to any self-exclusion order, whether imposed by jiliplus or any other gaming operator or regulatory body.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of the Philippines.

jiliplus reserves the right to request proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the timeframe specified by jiliplus may result in account suspension pending verification.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the jiliplus Platform, you must register a member account. During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, and a valid contact number.

You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times. jiliplus is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.

• One Account Rule: Each individual may register and maintain only one (1) jiliplus account. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using different names, email addresses, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited.
• Account Credentials: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party.
• Unauthorized Access: You must notify jiliplus immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. jiliplus will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized use of your account prior to notification.
• Non-Transferability: Your jiliplus account is personal to you and may not be sold, transferred, or assigned to any other person under any circumstances.

jiliplus reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being required to provide a reason for such refusal.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the jiliplus Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). jiliplus supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other approved local payment channels as updated from time to time.

Deposits:

• Deposits must be made using a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• jiliplus does not charge fees for standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own charges.
• Deposits are generally credited to your jiliplus wallet promptly upon confirmation from the payment provider.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal can be processed.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method registered in your own name and matching your verified jiliplus account details.
• jiliplus aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated on the Platform, subject to verification requirements and payment provider processing times.
• jiliplus reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are reasonable grounds to conduct enhanced due diligence.
• Any bonus funds that have not met the applicable wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

jiliplus offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions stated in the relevant promotion, which form part of these Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless otherwise stated, all bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible members only. jiliplus reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus at a Time: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time.
• Bonus Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, abuse, or circumvent bonus terms — including through the use of multiple accounts, coordinated play, or any other method — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, forfeiture of associated winnings, and may result in permanent account suspension.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not used or wagered within the stated validity period will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• Modification and Withdrawal: jiliplus reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

6 Game Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the jiliplus Platform are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules.

• Random Number Generation: All RNG-based games on jiliplus use certified random number generators to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Game results are not influenced by previous results or by the size of any wager.
• Live Dealer Games: Live dealer games are conducted by professional dealers in real-time. The results of live dealer games are final once the round is completed and confirmed by the dealer.
• Technical Malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction during a game, jiliplus reserves the right to void the affected round and return any wagers placed. jiliplus is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the return of the original wager.
• Disputed Results: If you believe a game result is incorrect, you must raise a dispute with jiliplus customer support within 72 hours of the relevant game round. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered.
• Collusion and Cheating: Any form of collusion, use of automated software (bots), exploitation of software vulnerabilities, or any other form of cheating is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and forfeiture of all funds.

7 Prohibited Conduct

You agree that you will not engage in any of the following conduct while using the jiliplus Platform:

• Registering more than one account or registering on behalf of another person without their explicit consent and in violation of these Terms.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or any activity that violates Philippine law.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, disassemble, or otherwise tamper with any software or technology used by jiliplus.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Engaging in any form of collusion with other players or with Platform staff.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing jiliplus staff or other members through any communication channel.
• Attempting to exploit any error, bug, or vulnerability in the Platform software.
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or places an unreasonable burden on the Platform's infrastructure.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the jiliplus Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, game software, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of jiliplus or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any content from the Platform without prior written consent from jiliplus.
• Modify or create derivative works based on any Platform content.
• Use any data mining, robots, or similar data gathering or extraction tools on the Platform.
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or platform.

Any unauthorized use of jiliplus intellectual property will result in the immediate termination of your license to use the Platform and may give rise to legal action.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jiliplus, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits due to technical malfunctions, connectivity issues, or Platform downtime.
• Unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any reliance on information or content provided on the Platform.
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers.
• Any loss or damage arising from events beyond jiliplus's reasonable control, including force majeure events.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. jiliplus makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.

In jurisdictions where the exclusion or limitation of liability for consequential or incidental damages is not permitted, jiliplus's liability shall be limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

10 Account Suspension & Termination

jiliplus reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any member account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or misleading information during registration or verification.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other illegal conduct.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from your payment provider.
• Engagement in any prohibited conduct as described in Section 7.
• At the request of a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.

Upon account closure, jiliplus will return any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds and any funds subject to investigation) to you via your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

You may also request the closure of your own account at any time by contacting jiliplus customer support. Voluntary account closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe.

11 Privacy & Data Protection

jiliplus collects, processes, and stores your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy.

jiliplus implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and jiliplus cannot guarantee absolute security.

You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data held by jiliplus, subject to applicable legal and regulatory retention requirements. To exercise these rights, please contact our support team.

12 Responsible Gaming

jiliplus is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations in this area seriously. We recognize that for a small number of people, gambling can become problematic, and we have implemented a range of tools and policies to support our members.

• Deposit Limits: You may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account at any time. Requests to decrease limits take effect immediately. Requests to increase limits are subject to a mandatory cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: You may configure session time reminders to alert you after a specified period of continuous play.
• Self-Exclusion: You may request a self-exclusion period of 30 days, 90 days, 180 days, or permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be locked and you will not be able to access the Platform or receive promotional communications.

13 Amendments to These Terms

jiliplus reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, jiliplus will notify registered members via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.

The date of the most recent revision is indicated at the top of this page. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of any updates. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

If you do not agree to any amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 10.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the jiliplus Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting jiliplus customer support with a detailed description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may submit the dispute to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent jiliplus from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm.
