• Account Data: Retained for the duration of your membership and for a period of five (5) years following account closure, in accordance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and AML regulations.
• Financial Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of the transaction, as required under the Anti-Money Laundering Act.
• KYC and Identity Verification Documents: Retained for five (5) years following account closure or the completion of the relevant transaction, whichever is later.
• Customer Support Communications: Retained for two (2) years from the date of the last interaction, unless a longer period is required for dispute resolution or legal proceedings.
• Marketing Preferences and Consent Records: Retained for the duration of your membership and for one (1) year following account closure or withdrawal of consent.

11 Children's Privacy

The jiliplus platform is strictly intended for adults aged 21 years and above, in accordance with the minimum legal age for casino-style gambling in the Philippines as aligned with PAGCOR regulations.

jiliplus does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals under the age of 21. All registration applications are subject to mandatory age verification as part of our KYC process. Any account found to have been registered by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, and any personal data collected will be deleted in accordance with our data disposal procedures.
